Core model

Frameworks share the cluster—not the scheduler.

ClusterD exposes a shared resource pool to independent application frameworks. Each framework can apply domain-specific scheduling while ClusterD coordinates resources and execution.

Modern Linux baseline

cgroups v2 is mandatory from version 1.11.0-0.6.0 onward. Review the current release notes and source before upgrading an existing deployment.

Build from source

mkdir build && cd build
cmake -DUNBUNDLED_LIBEVENT=true \
      -DENABLE_SSL=true \
      -DENABLE_LIBEVENT=true ../
make
